Refund policy

Order Policy
All orders placed are final. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

Payment Policy
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All purchases must be completed through prepaid payment methods.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

Damaged Product Policy
In the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we offer a refund or replacement within 30 days.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof, clearly showing the package being opened.
  • Without this video, claims cannot be processed.

Return Process (for damaged items only)
To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at pravaahabydd.com with your order details and unboxing video.
  • Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
