All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight. Customers will see the final shipping cost before completing the purchase.
Estimated Delivery Time
- India: 3–7 business days
- International (USA, UK, Australia, etc.): 7–15 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier delays, or customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email.
Delivery Issues
Pravaaha by DD is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Important Note
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted except for damaged products (as per our policy).
