2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
We only accept prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
3. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed under any circumstances.
4. Shipping
We strive to process and dispatch orders within the stated timeframe. However, delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged.
- To request a refund or replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
- Claims without proper video evidence will not be accepted.
- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
